Erin Schmidt is a Regional Sales Director at Andersen Windows and Doors, where she leads sales strategy and execution across her region, driving growth through strong customer partnerships and high-performing teams. She brings a strategic mindset and a people – first approach to leadership, with a focus on aligning business results with long term relationship building. 

In addition to her role in sales leadership, Erin serves as Chair of Women of Andersen, the company’s female-led business impact group. In this capacity she leads initiatives that advance the development of women, foster inclusive leadership, and create meaningful connections both within the organization and across key industry partners.

Erin is passionate about elevating talent, expanding opportunities for women in the building products industry, and helping organizations think differently about how leadership and culture drive performance.
